When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates provided on the product page. Please note that vinyl production can experience industry-wide delays; we will notify you via email if a release date shifts significantly.

How do you package vinyl records to prevent damage?

We use high-quality, corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for media. For added protection, we offer an 'unsealed' shipping option where we remove the record from the jacket to prevent seam splits during transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

What is your return policy for defective items?

If your record has a significant manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue for a replacement or refund.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Due to our automated fulfillment process, we generally cannot combine separate orders. We recommend placing all desired items in a single cart to save on shipping costs.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days, what should I do?

It is common for tracking to stall while packages move between sorting facilities. If there has been no movement for over 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please reach out to our support team.
