At Needlejuice Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your physical media purchase. If your order arrives damaged or contains errors, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, shrink-wrapped condition or were received with a documented manufacturing defect.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original mailer or a sturdy equivalent to prevent further damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using the provided label; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or ship your replacement copy.
