What’s that? The lights are going back on?! That’s right, Tally Hall’s returned to Youtooz for an encore as fantastic vinyl figures! Standing at 4.8 inches tall and strumming away at the black and brown guitar that’s held to his chest, an exuberant smile crosses Rob's face underneath thick rimmed black glasses as long brown hair sweeps to the side in a fringe. Matching the rest of the band, he wears a black vest and pants along with a white shirt that has rolled up sleeves as his signature yellow tie hangs from his neck.
